Looking after your eyes is what we do best. Whether you’re due a regular sight test, need help with contact lenses or want the latest in eye health technology, such as an OCT scan, we are here to make your experience both straightforward and comfortable.
Routine Sight Tests
You’ll receive a thorough assessment of eye health and function. We will share any findings with you, along with recommendations to support you to achieve better eye health.
Our routine sight tests costs £40 and we provide NHS sight tests for those who are eligible.

Ocular Coherence Tomography (OCT)
An OCT scan can now be included as part of your eye examination.
This technology allows your optician a closer look at your retina at the back of the eye, enabling earlier detection of some eye conditions, such as glaucoma and macular degeneration.
The cost of an OCT is £25.

Contact Lenses

Other NHS Services
Post Cataract Follow-up
We can carry out post cataract follow-up consultations for patients who have recently had cataract surgery, to check the eye health and assess the outcome of the procedure.
Community Glaucoma Monitoring
We also carry out glaucoma monitoring as part of the Bristol Eye Hospital NHS referral scheme.
